Return Policy

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY 2023: Items purchased November 15th, 2023 through December 23rd, 2023 will be returnable through January 13th, 2024 ONLY, no exceptions. Returnable items only, subject to all other conditions in our normal return policy, as stated below. For in-store purchases, if purchase was not made by a member of our mailing list, then a receipt or gift receipt is required. Returns with a gift receipt are for store credit or exchange only.

NORMAL RETURN POLICY: Most products are returnable, provided they are in unworn, original condition, with all tags still attached, and in original packaging, if any. To qualify for a refund, the item must be received in our store within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days: Store credit or exchange is available up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. We do offer a one-time simple size exchange for the same style, waiving the additional outgoing shipping charge; contact us if you need a simple size exchange.

Some items are final sale and not returnable, including but not limited to: underwear, socks & hosiery, perfumes, hand creams & lotions, liquid soaps, gift cards, and any product where “final sale” is indicated. Returns of non-returnable items will not be accepted. Items deemed to be worn, washed, odorous, incomplete, damaged, missing any packaging, without all original tags still attached, or otherwise in violation of our return policy will not be accepted.

Please note that Florodora, Inc. reserves the right to refuse purchases and/or disable customer accounts based on violation of this policy or a pattern of repeated returns.
